摘要 针对核电厂汽轮机旁路系统大气排放阀在调试过程中出现阀门动作异常,模式切换时阀门异常动作的原因做出分析对PI控制的功能组态进行优化同时增加设定值和实测值触发质量位后阀门切手动的功能。解决了阀门在设定值和实测值变化时有提前动作导致误开阀的安全问题和阀门无扰切换的问题,并且通过增加设定值和实测值质量位导致阀门切手动的功能进一步增强了机组的稳定性和安全性。 In view of the valve movement of the atmospheric dump valve in the turbine bypass system of nuclear power plant during commissioning,the measured valve triggers the function of manual valve cutting after the mass level.It solves the safety problem of opening by mistake and problem of valve switching without disturbance when the valve moves in advance when the set value and the measured value change.And by increasing the set value and the measured value of the quality of the value to cut the function of the manual further enhance the stability and safety of the unit.
