新型蜂窝浸渍树脂及对位芳纶纸蜂窝性能 被引量:6

New Impregnating Resin and Properties of Para-Aramid Paper Honeycomb

摘要 制备了一种适用于对位芳纶纸蜂窝的新型浸渍树脂——F·JN–5–07A/B树脂,并对其黏度和固化特性进行了表征,结果表明,改性后的F·JN–5–07A/B树脂在25~70℃具有适中的对位芳纶纸蜂窝浸渍工艺黏度(11~14 Pa·s),并且在70℃恒温1 h后的黏度升至68 Pa·s;固化温度较改性前降低了109.7℃,大大改善了对位芳纶纸蜂窝制备工艺。采用酚醛树脂和F·JN–5–07A/B树脂两种浸渍树脂制作了2–64和2–80两种规格的对位芳纶纸蜂窝。结果表明,相比于浸渍酚醛树脂的对位芳纶纸蜂窝,浸渍F·JN–5–07A/B树脂的对位芳纶纸蜂窝综合性能优异,2–64和2–80规格的对位芳纶纸蜂窝的室温平压强度分别提高了13.3%和17%,200℃时的平压强度保留率分别为75%和78%,介电常数和介电损耗角正切值分别由1.14和0.0050降低至1.09和0.0020;2–64规格对位芳纶纸蜂窝的L向剪切强度和L向剪切弹性模量分别提高了23.8%和9.2%,2–80规格的对位芳纶纸蜂窝分别提高了18.5%,13.8%。 A new type of resin(F·JN–5–07A/B resin)suitable for para-aramid paper honeycomb was prepared.The viscosity and curing characteristics of the resin were characterized.The results show that the F·JN–5–07A/B resin has a moderate paraaramid honeycomb impregnation viscosity of 11–14 Pa·s at 25–70℃,and the viscosity rises to 68 Pa·s after 1 h of the constant temperature at 70℃.The curing temperature is 109.7℃lower than that before modification,which greatly improved the preparation technology of para-aramid paper honeycomb.Two kinds of para-aramid paper honeycomb with 2–64 and 2–80 specifications were prepared by impregnating phenolic resin and F·JN–5–07A/B resin.The results show that,compared with the para-aramid paper honeycomb impregnated with phenolic resin,the comprehensive properties of the para-aramid paper honeycomb impregnated with F·JN–5–07A/B resin are excellent.The compressive strengths at room temperature of 2–64 and 2–80 para-aramid paper honeycomb increase by 13.3%and 17%,the retention rates of compressive strength at 200℃is 75%and 78%,the dielectric constant and the tangent value of dielectric loss angle decrease from 1.14 and 0.0050 to 1.09 and 0.0020 respectively.The L-shear strength and L-shear modulus of elasticity of 2–64 para-aramid paper honeycomb increase by 23.8%and 9.2%,and the L-direction shear strength and L-direction shear elastic modulus of 2–80 para-aramid paper honeycomb increase by 18.5%and 13.8%respectively.
