摘要
采用单釜酯化缩聚法合成了聚癸二酸–对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBSeT),研究了对苯二甲酸和癸二酸配比对共聚酯PBSeT热性能和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,共聚酯PBSeT的热性能和性能性能可以通过控制共聚单体的物质的量之比来调整。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)表征了PBSeT的化学结构和组成,对苯二甲酸物质的量分数为60%和70%的共聚酯PBSeT仍具有生物可降解性。差示扫描量热(DSC)分析表明,随着对苯二甲酸丁二酯(BT)含量的增加,PBSeT的结晶能力增强,结晶度可由9.13%提高到16.34%,并且其耐热性得到改善。X射线衍射谱图结果表明,共聚酯PBSeT中的结晶结构为BT链段。拉伸性能测试结果表明,共聚酯PBSeT具有良好的拉伸性能,其拉伸强度大于20 MPa,断裂伸长率大于640%。
Poly(butylene sebacate-co-terephthalate)(PBSeT)was synthesized by esterification polycondensation with a single reactor.The influences of the ratio of terephthalic acid to sebacic acid on the thermal and tensile properties of copolyester PBSeT were studied.The experimental results show that the thermal and tensile properties of copolyester PBSeT can be adjusted by controlling the amount of substance ratio of comonomer.FTIR and 1H NMR were used to characterize the chemical structure and composition of the copolyester PBSeT,the copolyester PBSeT with the 60%and 70%amount of substance fraction of terephthalic acid is still biodegradable.DSC analyses show that with the increase of butylene terephthalate(BT),PBSeT’s crystallization ability is enhanced,the crystallinity increases from 9.13%to 16.34%,and heat resistance is improved.The XRD results show that the crystal structure of copolyester PBSeT is BT chain.The tensile tests show that copolyeter PBSeT has good tensile properties,its tensile strength is higher than 20 MPa,and its elongation at break is more than 640%.
