党在大革命时期发展和培养少数民族干部研究

摘要 少数民族干部是国家政策相互作用的产物。少数民族干部作为能动意识的"人",在价值选择中是一定的价值判断、物质刺激、情感共鸣、个人经历、宗教信仰、制度构建等共同作用的结果。大革命时期,中国共产党囿于阶级斗争、联邦制的话语体系及其对民族问题的认知路线(地理空间),未能明确提出少数民族干部的具体政策。对这一时期少数民族干部群体的具体表征和培养模式进行分析,可以总结培养和发展少数民族干部的内在逻辑,为完善少数民族干部政策提供经验。 Minority cadres are the product of the interaction of state policies.Minority cadres are human beings of initiative.They are the results of interaction between value judgment,material stimulation,emotional resonance,personal experience,religious belief,and system construction in the value choices.During the great revolution period,the Chinese Communist Party could not put forward the specific policies for minority cadres clearly due to the constrains set by class struggle,the discourse system of federalism and the line of thought(geographical space)regarding ethnic issues.Through the analysis of the specific features and training mode of minority cadres in this period,this paper summarizes the internal logic of developing and cultivating minority cadres,and provides ideas for perfecting the policy of minority cadres.
