疫情暴发以来,中美关系再受重创,新旧矛盾全面暴发、叠加共振,两国在疫情应对、印太战略、经贸关系、高科技、人文交流等一系列问题上展开激烈博弈。双方采取不同的博弈路径和策略,博弈过程呈现出较为明显的"美攻中守"态势,结果中方却似乎掌握更多的战略主动,双方博弈性质的消极化达到建交后前所未有的程度。拜登上台后,美对华政策将在保持大国战略竞争底色不变的基础上做出策略性调整,中美竞争将进入持久战的相持阶段。

Since the outbreak of the pandemic,China-US relations have been hit hard again,with the new and old contradictions brea-king out in an all-round way and overlapping resonance.The two countries have been engaged in a fierce game on a series of issues such as pandemic response,the India-Pacific strategy,economic and trade ties,high technology,as well as people-to people exchanges.The two sides have adopted different gaming approaches and tactics,showing an obvious trend of"the US on the offensive while China on the defensive",but the Chinese side seems to have mastered more strategic initiatives in the end.The deterioration of the game between the two sides has reached an unprecedented level since the establishment of diplomatic relations.After Biden takes office,the policies the US adopts will be subject to tactical adjustment while sticking to great power rivalry with China at the strategic level,and China-US competition will enter a stalemate stage of"protracted war".
