摘要 本文打造了"一体两面"的知识图谱运营管理系统,在智能应答和存量运营两大核心业务领域开展了一系列实践,先后完成了智能应答知识图谱,企管支撑知识图谱,权益运营知识图谱,5G换机知识图谱,预离网知识图谱等应用,并打造了面向运营人员的知识图谱个性化管理系统,嵌并嵌入公司运营管理主体流程中形成固化,在存量经营、客户服务、零售运营、预警挽留等多个领域全场景打造AI标杆应用,并验证了AI赋能业务的价值和规模化应用的可行性。
