摘要
为保证张力腿连接装置的结构安全性,本文对其进行了结构强度和疲劳分析。张力腿连接装置的受力分析考虑了三种工况,对每一种工况,考虑了张力腿载荷在不同倾角时的水平分量和垂直分量。在建立了张力腿连接装置结构有限元模型后,针对三种工况,对模型施加载荷,利用结构有限元方法进行了结构应力分析。基于结构强度分析结果,确定了结构热点区域,进而得到热点应力,再利用累计疲劳的方法计算获得结构的疲劳寿命。计算结果表明张力腿连接装置相关结构强度和疲劳寿命满足规范要求。
In order to ensure the structural safety of bottom connection structure,the structural strength fatigue analysis is carried out.Three operating modes are considered in the force calculation of the tension leg connection assembly.For each working condition,the horizontal and vertical components of tension leg load at different obliquity are considered.After the finite element model of tension leg connection assembly is established,the horizontal and vertical component forces are applied to the model for three working conditions.The results of structural stress analysis are obtained by structural finite element calculation.Based on the results of structural strength analysis,the hot spots of structure are determined.And then,the hot spot stress is obtained.The fatigue life of the structure is calculated by the cumulative fatigue method.The results show that the safety of the relevant structure of the tension leg connection device meets the requirements of the specification.
