中国物流中德"两国两园"项目将在中国、德国分别投资建设商贸物流园区,总投资额约人民币120亿元。中国潍坊商贸物流园,总占地面积约1500亩,主要建设物流仓储区、加工厂房、综合配套用房、研发中心、商务中心等,规划总建筑面积约1650000平方米。德国威廉港物流园区,总规划占地20万平方米,计划建设两条铁路专用线和11万平方米仓库。

With a total investment of about 12 billion yuan,the proj ect of China logistics Sino-Germany"two countries and two parks"will construct business logistics parks in China and Germany respectively.China Weifang Business Logistics Park has an area of about 1,500 mu and a total planned construction area of about 1,650,000 square meters.It mainly consists of the logistics warehouse area,the processing plants,the comprehensive supporting housing,the R&D center,and the business center.German Wilhelm Port Logistics Park has a total planned area of 200,000 square meters.It plans to build two special railway lines and a warehouse of 110,000 square meters.
