摘要
潍坊先进光电芯片研究院的前身是潍坊激光雷达技术研究院。当时,项目规模较小,影响力较弱,但我们看到了该项目发展的广阔前景和巨大潜力,可以引领光电产业发展,一直对项目有着坚定的信心。秉持着"功成不必在我"的心态,借助激光雷达产业园这个跳板,潍城区委组织部、区科技局积极与中科院半导体所对接,恰好中科院固态光电信息技术重点实验室主任郑婉华的"低发散角半导体光子晶体激光器关键技术及应用"项目荣获国家技术发明二等奖,正在寻求合作伙伴落实应用。我们立即觉察到,推动激光雷达产业园提档升级、发展壮大的契机来了。
The People’s Government of Weicheng District signed a contract with the Semiconductor Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences to upgrade Weifang Radar Technology Research Institute into Weifang Advanced Photoelectronic Chip Research Institute in October,2018.From this project we have learned that quick success and instant benef’its are not workable in the introduction of investment and talent.Long-term vision is required and projects should be given time to develop.
