摘要
采用光学显微镜扫描电镜和拉伸试验机,研究了Fe含量对Al-5.2Zn-1.7Mg-0.5Cu合金显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:当添加w(Fe)=0.1%时,Fe元素在合金中主要以块状Al6(CuFe)相形式存在,通过弥散强化可以提高合金的强度;当w(Fe)>0.2%后,Fe在合金中主要以针状Al,Fe相形式存在,针状Al,Fe相会割裂铝基体,使合金的抗拉强度和伸长率随着Fe含量的增加而逐渐下降。
The effect of Fe content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-5.2Zn-1.7Mg0.5Cu alloy was studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and tensile testing machine.The results show that when w(Fe)=0.1%,Fe exists mainly in the form of Al6(CuFe)phase with square shape,in which the strength of the alloy can be im-proved by dispersion strengthening of Al6(CuFe)phase.When w(Fe)>0.2%,Fe mainly exists in the form of Al,Fe phase with acicular shape.The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy gradually decrease with the increase of Fe content because the Al Fe phase splits the aluminum matrix.
