摘要
采用快速冷却重力铸造成型工艺制备了不同铋含量的4032铝合金,并分别研究其微观组织、力学特性及摩擦磨损性能。试验结果表明:添加的Bi主要以游离态和金属间化合物Mg_(3)Bi_(2)形式存在;在Bi的细化增强与软质弱化的共同作用下,随着铋含量的增加,4032铝合金的抗拉强度及伸长率呈现先增大后减小的趋势;添加w(Bi)=3%的4032铝合金具有较好的减摩耐磨性能。
4032 aluminum alloys with different Bi contents were fabricated by the rapid cooling gravity casting molding process,and their microstructure,mechanical properties and friction and wear properties were studied.The experimental results show that the added Bi mainly exists in the form of free state and intermetallic compound Mg_(3)Bi_(2)W ith the combina-tion of refinement enhancement and soft weakening of Bi,the tensile strength and elongation of 4032 aluminum alloy show a tendency to increase first and then decrease.4032 aluminum alloy with 3%Bi added has better antifriction and wear resistance.
