摘要
以某工程为例,介绍了一种折线形全玻幕墙的设计思路、计算方法及设计要点。确定了此类幕墙的玻璃板块应按面板而非玻璃肋进行设计;建立了包含玻璃面板和结构胶单元的有限元模型进行分析计算,与相同条件下的四边简支玻璃面板计算结果进行了对比,得到此类幕墙玻璃面板的实际边界条件与四边简支板稍有差别,结构胶起到了传递荷载和约束面板变形的作用;提出了此类幕墙设计时需要注意的若干细节问题。可为类似形式的全玻幕墙设计提供参考。
Based on the design process of a curtain wall engineering,a design method for folded full glass curtain wall is proposed.It should be designed as panels instead of glass fins,according to the stress state of folded full glass curtain wall.The finite element calculation model is established,which has simulated glass panels and silicone structural sealant.The values of stress and deflection of the finite element model indicate that panels of folded full glass curtain wall have stronger boundary conditions than simply supported plates,for structural sealant can transfer load and restrain deformation of the panels.Moreover,some important details are proposed in order to ensure the stability and durability.The achievements can be used for reference in the similar engineering.
