摘要
通过高强细晶粒钢筋(HRBF500)与纤维增强水泥基复合材(FRCC)料人防框架结构试点工程,采用SATWE结构空间有限元分析设计软件和ETABS通用结构分析与设计软件对HRBF500/FRCC试点工程进行设计计算,对两类软件的计算结果进行比较发现:ETABS更接近理论值,而SATWE的安全冗余较大。对试点区现有和原有结构施工图比较发现:人防框架梁在梁高减小27%的情况下,纵向钢筋用量基本持平,配箍率增加较大;人防框架柱在截面面积不变的情况下,纵向钢筋用量减少55%,现有施工图在材料用量上的减少明显。
Reasonably selecting pilot area in a civil air defense work,SATWE structure space finite element analysis and design software and ETABS general structure analysis and design program are used to design HRBF500 with FRCC civil air defense pilot projects.Contrasting the calculated results,ETABS results are closer to the theoretical values,while SATWE has greater safety redundancy.Comparing pilot area with existing and original drawings,the beam height can reduce 27%when beam reinforcement keeps invariant,but stirrup ratio is increased;keeping the column cross-section constant,the column reinforcement can reduce 55%,the existing drawing can effectively reduce the material dosage.
