《聚氨酯拉挤复合材料支架系统》编制情况介绍

Interpretation of standard u Bracket system of pultruded polyurethane composites

摘要 近年来,高分子复合材料支架产品的研发和应用得到了快速发展,相关国家和行业标准相继出台。以拉挤工艺生产的连续玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯复合材料产品因其优异的性能而备受关注,并已广泛应用于国内众多工程建设中。国内首部针对该类产品的标准《聚氨酯拉挤复合材料支架系统》(T/CECS 10019—2019)自2020年2月1日起实施。本文简要介绍了该标准的编制背景与意义,制定的过程、内容和依据;较为详细地介绍了该产品的主要技术要求及相应的试验方法,并特别将其物理力学性能和耐久性能与现行相关国家标准进行了对比。本标准的发布和实施将规范聚氨酯拉挤复合材料支架系统产品的检测,有助于该类产品的推广和应用。 The composite materials products are widely used in construction,tunnels,subway construction and other projects,because of their superior properties such as high tensile strength,high strength to weight ration and low conductivity compared to the similar products made from traditional mental materials.Glass-fiber reinforced polyurethane composites products with excellent mechanical property,good machinability and non-toxic processing are finding increased applications.In order to fill the gaps in domestic standards for this product,T/CECS 10019-2019"bracket system of pultruded polyurethane composites",ruled by China Engineering Construction Association,has been implemented since Febniary 1,2020.This paper has introduced the backgrounds,establishment course,item resources and main content.It has also interpreted the main technical indicators and corresponding test methods,as well as compared them with the current relevant standards.The release of this new standard can provide the basis for users to objectively evaluate the product quality and use effect of this kind of products,while it also can standardize the R&D and application of such products in the industry.
