摘要
目前实际营运中的自动化集装箱码头作业效率远未达到预期,效率瓶颈主要集中于AGV(自动导引运输车)的调度问题.针对洋山四期自动化码头运营实际中AGV粗放的换电管理规则和AGV作业效率待提升问题,为减少AGV在换电站换电排队等待时间,构建AGV作业与换电的协同调度优化模型,并设计遗传算法进行问题的求解,通过数值实验验证模型的有效性和算法的可行性.数值实验结果表明,换电模式的优化以及换电与作业协同调度能有效减少AGV的换电排队时间,从而提高AGV作业效率.
At present,the operational efficiency of automated container terminals in actual operation is far from expected,and the efficiency bottleneck mainly focuses on the scheduling problem of AGV.In view of the extensive management rules of AGV's power exchange and the problem that AGV's operation efficiency needs to be improved in the operation of Yangshan Phase IV Automated Terminal,a collaborative scheduling optimization model of AGV operation and power exchange was constructed to reduce the waiting time of AGV in the power exchange queue.Genetic algorithm was designed to solve the problem,and the validity of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm were verified by numerical experiments.The results of numerical experiments show that the optimization of power exchange mode and the collaborative scheduling of power exchange and operation can effectively reduce the queuing time of AGV,thus improving the operation efficiency of AGV.
