摘要
区域生态文明战略实施和“美丽宁夏”建设的前提是明确认识本底生态环境状况。宁夏生态环境脆弱,经济欠发达,发展需求强烈,急需明确经济环境演变特征。基于EKC假说,通过主成分分析构建环境污染综合指数,分析1998年-2018年宁夏经济增长与环境污染演变特征,并用单个环境污染指标对比检验。结果表明宁夏经济增长与环境污染综合指数符合“倒U型”的EKC变化特征;拐点期为2014年-2018年;单个环境污染指标中工业废气、二氧化硫、总废水排放量和工业固体废物产出量与环境污染综合指数拟合结果一致,但烟(粉)尘和二氧化碳排放量分别为波动和递增关系。
The premise of the implementation of regional ecological civilization strategy and the construction of“beautiful Ningxia”are to have a clear understanding of the background ecological environment.Because of the fragile ecological environment and underdeveloped economy,Ningxia has a strong demand for development,it is urgent to clarify the evolution characteristics of economic environment.Based on EKC hypothesis,constructed a comprehensive index of environmental pollution by principal component analysis,the evolution characteristics of economic growth and environmental pollution in Ningxia from 1998 to 2018 was analyzed,and compared and tested with single environmental pollution index.The results show that:the comprehensive indicators of economic growth and environmental pollution in Ningxia conform to the“inverted U”EKC change characteristics.The turning point period is 2014-2018.The fitting results of industrial waste gas,sulfur dioxide,total wastewater and industrial solid waste output in single environmental pollution index are consistent with the comprehensive index of environmental pollution,but the emissions of smoke(powder)and carbon dioxide are fluctuating and increasing respectively Department.
