摘要 文章对超低排放高湿废气中的可凝聚颗粒物监测方法展开研究。利用采样枪、差压传感器、压力传感器对烟道内测试点的各指标数据实施测量,根据废气的流动速率与流量推算所含可凝聚颗粒物浓度。然后设计具有理想振动属性的振荡元件,并建立基于闭环自激振荡的振荡天平和空心管,使高湿废气从振荡管内流出。依据振荡频率与质量增量求取振荡元件弹性系数,并利用干冲击瓶与滤膜采集可凝聚颗粒物,完成监测。仿真实验表明上述方法的监测结果精准度较高。 In this paper,the monitoring method of condensible particles in ultra low emission and high humidity exhaust gas is studied.Sampling gun,differential pressure sensor and pressure sensor were used to measure the index data of the pilot flue test,and the concentration of condensible particles was calculated according to the flow rate and flow rate of the exhaust gas.Then the oscillating element with ideal vibration property is designed,and the oscillating balance and hollow tube based on closed-loop self-excited oscillation are established to make the high humidity waste gas flow out of the oscillating tube.According to the oscillation frequency and mass increment,the elastic coefficient of the oscillation element was calculated,and the condensible particles were collected by dry impact bottle and filter membrane to complete the monitoring.The simulation results show that the monitoring results of the above methods are accurate.
