摘要
为提高供暖领域电能代替技术环保效益模糊评价的准确性,设计一个供暖领域电能代替技术环保效益模糊评价模型。首先建立电能代替技术环保效益评价体系,再计算生产成本、折旧费用计算与污染物排放治理费用,最后采用模糊综合法以完成供暖领域电能代替技术环保效益评价。结果表明,在采暖电费成本计算、运营费用与消耗的标准煤量的评价上,此次研究的评价模型都取得了较高的准确性,证明了此次研究的供暖领域电能代替技术环保效益模糊评价模型的有效性,具有一定实用价值。
In order to improve the accuracy of fuzzy evaluation of environmental protection benefit of electric energy substitution technology in heating field,a fuzzy evaluation model of environmental protection benefit of electric energy substitution technology in heating field was designed.Firstly,the environmental protection benefit evaluation system of electric energy substitution technology is established,and then the production cost,depreciation cost and pollutant emission control cost are calculated.Finally,the fuzzy synthesis method is adopted to complete the environmental protection benefit evaluation of electric energy substitution technology in heating field.The results show that the evaluation model of this study has achieved high accuracy in the calculation of heating electricity cost,the evaluation of operating cost and the evaluation of standard coal consumption,which proves the effectiveness of the fuzzy evaluation model of environmental protection benefit of electric energy substitution technology in the field of heating in this study,and has certain practical value.
