实炎方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析

Analysis on effect of Shiyan Fang on the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的探讨实炎方治疗活动期轻、中度大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法将64例UC患者病例随机分成治疗组和对照组,各32例,治疗组予实炎方口服,每日1剂。对照组予美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒口服,每日4 g。2组均以3个月为1个疗程,观察2组主要症状、疾病活动度、结肠镜指数、C反应蛋白等方面改善情况。结果治疗组腹泻、脓血便、腹痛消失率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后Mayo活动指数变化较对照组显著(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗前后结肠镜指数下降较对照组显著(P<0.05)。治疗组降低C反应蛋白数量方面较对照组起效显著(P<0.05)。结论实炎方治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效优于美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shiyan Fang on the treatment of mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis of large intestinal damp-heat type.Methods 64 cases of UC patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 32 cases.The treatment group was given Shiyan Fang orally,one dose per day.The control group was given Mesalazine sustained-release granules orally,4 g/d.Both groups took 3 months as a course of treatment.The improvement of the main symptoms,disease activity,colonoscopy index,and C-reactive protein were observed in the two groups.Results The disappearance rate of diarrhea,pus and blood in the stool,and abdominal pain in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The Mayo activity index changes before and after treatment in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group (P< 0.05).The colonoscopy index in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group before and after treatment (P<0.05).The treatment group was more significantly effective in reducing the number of C-reactive protein than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shiyan Fang is better than Mesalazine sustained-release granules in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
