龙藤汤对类风湿关节炎患者体液免疫的影响研究

Study on the effect of Longteng Decoction on humoral immunity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察龙藤汤治疗类风湿关节炎对缓解关节疼痛程度和体液免疫的影响。方法将60例活动期类风湿患者随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组予来氟米特治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服龙藤汤治疗,观察2组DAS28评分、HAQ评分和治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE和补体C3、C4及免疫复合物C1q水平变化。结果观察组DAS28评分和HAQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM明显降低(P<0.01),IgE未见明显变化(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组C1q显著下降(P<0.01),补体C3、C4未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论龙藤汤治疗活动期类风湿关节炎能进一步缓解关节疼痛,对体液免疫有一定影响,可能与降低IgG、IgA、IgM和C1q水平有关。

Objective To observe the effect of Longteng Decoction on rheumatoid arthritis in relieving joint pain and humoral immunity.Methods Sixty patients with active rheumatoid were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The control group was treated with Leflunomide.The observation group was treated with Longteng Decoction on the basis of the control group.The DAS28 score,HAQ score,serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM,IgE and complement C3,C4,and changes in the level of immune complex C1q of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The DAS28 score and HAQ score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,and IgM of the observation group were significantly reduced (P<0.01),yet there was no significant change in IgE (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group’s C1q decreased significantly (P<0.01),but there was no significant change in complement C3 and C4 (P>0.05).Conclusion Longteng Decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis can further relieve joint pain and have a certain impact on humoral immunity,which may be related to the decreasing of IgG,IgA,IgM and C1q levels.
