摘要
聚氨酯合成革作为常用的足球内胆材料,其性能优劣直接决定了足球的使用寿命,为增强内胆革的耐磨性、弹性回复率等性能,对其制备工艺控制要点进行研究。分别从物理、化学和力学性能三方面分析聚氨酯合成革作为足球内胆的优势,研究了不同温度下聚氨酯分子的形态变化,分析了制备工艺控制要点,并进行性能测试。结果表明,本方法制备的聚氨酯内胆革耐磨性与弹性回复度均符合足球内胆革的生产需求,具备很高的实用性。
Polyurethane synthetic leather, as a commonly used football liner material, its performance directly determines the service life of football. In order to enhance the wear resistance and elastic recovery rate of liner leather, the preparation process control points were studied. The advantages of polyurethane synthetic leather as football liner were analyzed from three aspects including physical property, chemical property and mechanical property. The changes of polyurethane molecular morphology at different temperatures were studied. The key points of preparation process control were analyzed, and the properties were tested. The results show that the wear resistance and elastic recovery of polyurethane liner leather prepared by this method can meet the production requirements of football inner leather, and has high practicability.
