摘要
为了解决高速公路局部路段积水严重和噪声超标的问题,采用IMP-PI-SCT吸声系数测试仪和渗水仪进行室内研究,分别对不同空隙率的PAC-10、PAC-13单层排水沥青路面以及PAC-10+PAC-13双层排水沥青路面进行渗水系数的测试和分析,得到PAC-10(22%)+PAC-13(20%)双层排水沥青路面相对于单层排水沥青路面具有更好的渗水效果。然后通过测试3种沥青路面结构的吸声系数,得到双层排水沥青路面比单层排水沥青路面的降噪效果更优。最后,对双层排水沥青路面进行了实际工程铺筑,验证了该种路面结构能够很好地解决高速公路局部路段交通噪声超标及积水问题。
In order to solve the problem of serious water accumulation and excessive noise in some sections of expressway,in this paper the IMP-PI-SCT absorption coefficient tester and water seepage meter are used to carry out indoor studies.Tests and analysis are conducted respectively for the singlelayer porous asphalt pavement PAC-10 and PAC-13 with different void ratio and the double-layer porous asphalt PAC-10+ PAC-13.Results show that the double-layer porous asphalt has better seepage effect than the single-layer porous asphalt.Then by testing the sound absorption coefficients of the three asphalt pavement structures,it is obtained that the double-layer porous asphalt pavement has better noise reduction effect than the single-layer porous asphalt pavement.Finally,the double-layer porous asphalt pavement is paved in actual project,and it is verified that this kind of pavement structure can solve the problem of excessive traffic noise and water accumulation in some sections of the expressway.
