苏木红/栀子黄/靛蓝染色天丝水刺非织造布初探

Study on dyeing of Tencel spunlaced nonwovens with hematoxylin red,gardenia yellow and indigo blue

从苏木、栀子果和靛蓝泥中萃取3种染料,作为减法混色法染色中的三原色。依照减法混色法的配色关系,配制出包括三原色在内的9种染液,对天丝水刺非织造布进行染色,并测其摩擦牢度。发现栀子黄染液含量对摩擦色牢度有较大影响。栀子黄色素有利于提高天丝水刺非织造布的湿摩擦色牢度。

Three kinds of dyes were extracted from hematoxylin red,gardenia fruit and indigo mud,which were used as the three primary colors in subtractive mixed dyeing.According to the color matching relationship of subtractive mixing method,nine kinds of dyes including three primary colors were prepared.Tencel spunlaced nonwovens were dyed with them and the color fastnesses to rubbing of Tencel spunlaced nonwovens were measued.It was found that the content of gardenia yellow dye solution had a great influence on the color fastness to rubbing of Tencel spunlaced nonwovens.Gardenia yellow pigment could improve the color fastness to wet rubbing of Tencel spunlaced nonwovens.
