西部新建本科高校教学秘书队伍建设探究——以新疆工程学院为例

Research on the construction of teaching Secretary team in newly-built undergraduate universities in western China——Take Xinjiang University of Engineering as an example

教学秘书是学校教学职能处室与二级学院的桥梁和纽带,起着举足轻重的作用。针对我国西部新建本科高校二级教学单位教学秘书岗位设置与队伍建设现状,本文通过调研分析和问题梳理,从理念转变与顶层设计、岗位定位与设置、能力培训与提升、职称评聘与职业发展以及人才引进与培养等多个方面,提出了新建本科高校教学秘书队伍建设的一些新举措,对实现新建本科高校快速转型发展与提高应用型本科人才培养质量具有重要意义。

The teaching secretary is the bridge and link between the school's teaching function office and the secondary college,and plays a pivotal role.In view of the current situation of teaching secretary position and team construction in the second-level teaching units of newly-built undergraduate colleges in western my country,research and analysis and problem sorting were carried out,from conceptual change and top-level de⁃sign,position positioning and setting,ability training and improvement,title evaluation and career develop⁃ment As well as the introduction and training of talents,some new measures for the construction of teaching secretaries in newly-built undergraduate universities have been proposed.It is of great significance to realize the rapid transformation and development of newly-built undergraduate colleges and improve the quality of ap⁃plication-oriented undergraduate talent training.
