摘要
制革生产过程会产生大量工业废水,且制革废水成分十分复杂,含有高浓度的氨氮、重金属铬、硫化物以及有机物等有害物质,因此制革废水处理起来十分困难。目前,我国采取常规活性污泥法、氧化沟去除方法以及序批式活性污泥法处理制革废水。这三种制革废水处理工艺能够有效去除废水中的有机物有害物质,但氨氮的去除效果却不理想。为此,制革废水脱氮成为重点研究课题。我国环境保护政策不断改革,对工业废水排放标准也不断提高,制革行业必须积极开展先进的废水处理技术,才能实现制革行业的可持续发展。本文针对制革废水中各种有害物质的特点,探索全新的多段A/O废水处理技术,以满足废水排放标准。
Tannery industry activities will produce a large amount of industrial wastewater,and the composition of the tannery wastewater is very complex,and it also contains high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,heavy metal chromium,sulfide,and organic matter.Therefore,it is very difficult to treat the tannery wastewater.At present,my country often adopts conventional activated sludge method,oxidation ditch removal method,and sequential batch activated sludge method to treat tannery wastewater.These three tannery wastewater treatment processes can effectively remove organic harmful substances in wastewater, but the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen is not ideal. For thisreason, the denitrification of tannery wastewater was once a key research topic. My country’senvironmental protection policy is continuously reformed, and the industrial wastewaterdischarge standard is also continuously improved. The leather industry must actively developadvanced wastewater treatment technologies to meet the sustainable development of theleather industry. According to the characteristics of various harmful substances in tannerywastewater, this article explores a new multi-stage A/O wastewater treatment technology tomeet wastewater discharge standards.
