Environmental rights from the perspective of fair distribution and sharing of natural resources are important goals pursued by mankind,among which environmental rights are citizens’rights to live in a healthy,safe and comfortable environment.Therefore,this article expounds the connotation of environmental rights under the fair distribution of natural resources,and combines the current situation of environmental rights from the perspective of fair distribution and sharing of natural resources in my country at this stage,and explores measures to effectively promote the fairness of natural resources and environmental rights.Hope to provide some reference for the fairness of natural resource allocation and environmental rights.
