Discussion on the feasibility of online pollution source monitoring system for environmental enforcement

污染源在线监测作为目前重要的环境监测手段,在环境管理中作用及地位日益提升。但是,由于一系列客观及主观因素的影响,在线监测设备单位、运维单位以及执法部门都存在一定的问题,使得在线监测数据的准确性受到制约,进而影响环境执法的效率。本文针对目前在线监测系统现状及存在的问题进行探讨,并提出了一些对策与措施,供相关执法部门参考。

As an important environmental monitoring method,the online monitoring of pollution sources is playing an increasingly important role in environmental management.However,due to a series of objective and subjective factors,online monitoring equipment units,operation and maintenance units and law enforcement agencies all have certain problems,which restricts the accuracy of online monitoring data and affects the efficiency of environmental law enforcement.This article discusses the current status and existing problems of the online monitoring system,and proposes some countermeasures for reference by relevant law enforcement agencies.
