改良负压富血小板血浆联合益气活血汤治疗下肢静脉溃疡的临床效果

Clinical effects of improved negative pressure platelet rich plasma combined with Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treatment of variceal ulcer of lower extremities

摘要 目的探讨改良负压富血小板血浆联合益气活血汤治疗下肢静脉溃疡的临床效果。方法选择2017年10月至2019年10月本院收治的下肢静脉溃疡患者60例,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用改良负压富血小板血浆进行治疗,观察组加用益气活血汤进行治疗,两组均连续治疗30d。观察两组临床疗效、溃疡面积及溃疡愈合时间。结果治疗30d后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组患者溃疡面积均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,观察组患者溃疡愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良负压富血小板血浆联合益气活血汤治疗下肢静脉溃疡可有效促进患者溃疡愈合,缩短愈合时间,改善患者临床症状,具有较好治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of improved negative pressure platelet rich plasma combined with Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treatment of variceal ulcer of lower extremities.Methods A total of 60 patients with variceal ulcer of lower extremities who treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were chosen and divided into two groups according to treatment regimens,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with improved negative pressure platelet rich plasma,and observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction based on control group,with 30d treatment in two groups.The clinical efficacy,ulcer area and ulcer healing time in two groups were observed.Results After treatment for 30d,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the ulcer area in two groups were smaller than that before treatment,and observation group was smaller than control group,and the ulcer healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved negative pressure platelet rich plasma combined with Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treatment of variceal ulcer of lower extremities can promote ulcer healing,shorten healing time,and improve clinical symptoms,which has better curative effects.
