思维导图在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术护理中的效果

Effect of mind mapping in the surgical nursing of chronic rhinosinusitis

目的探讨思维导图在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术护理中的效果。方法选择本院2019年4月至2020年4月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术患者84例,随机分为常规护理组和思维导图组各42例。常规护理组接受慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术常规护理,思维导图组在思维导图指引下进行针对性护理。观察护理后患者健康教育知识认知情况评分、满意度、疾病相关知识掌握情况、SNOT-20量表评分。结果思维导图组出院当日满意度评分高于常规护理组,SNOT-20量表评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。术后1天、出院当天思维导图组健康教育知识认知情况评分和疾病相关知识掌握情况评分均高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎手术护理中的效果显著,可提高患者对健康教育和疾病相关知识的认知,改善患者临床症状。

Objective To observe the effect of mind mapping in the surgical nursing of chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into routine care group and mind mapping group,with 42 cases in each group.The routine care group received routine care for chronic rhinosinusitis surgery,and the mind mapping group provided targeted care under the guidance of the mind mapping.The post-nursing patient health education knowledge cognition score,satisfaction,disease-related knowledge mastery,SNOT-20 scale score were observed.Results The satisfaction score on the day of discharge in the mind mapping group was higher than that in the routine care group,and the SNOT-20 scale was lower than that of routine care group(P<0.05).On the day after surgery and on the day of discharge,the scores of the health education knowledge cognition and disease-related knowledge mastery scores of the mind mapping group were higher than those of the routine care group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mind mapping has a significant effect in the nursing of chronic rhinosinusitis,which can improve the awareness of health education and disease-related knowledge,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
