摘要 基于研究生教育现实状况不能满足人民日益增长的优质教育需求的矛盾,加强教育治理,促进研究生教育高质量发展是新时代研究生教育改革和发展的必然选择。研究生教育治理是一个涉及政府、高校、导师、研究生、社会等多元主体复杂的系统工程,其完成要把握“质量输入—质量生成—质量评估”三个基本环节。每个环节都需要多元主体协同共治才能实现研究生教育高质量发展的治理目标。而要推进多元共治则需制定规章制度以规范共治全程,更新主体思维以确保责权承担,健全交流机制以协调主体诉求,最终通过多措并举,使多元共治得以推进。 As the contradiction of the reality of graduate education can not meet the people's growing demand for quality education,it is an inevitable choice for the reform and development of graduate education in the new era to strengthen educational governance and promote the high-quality development of graduate education.Graduate education governance is a complex system engineering involving the government,universities,tutors,graduate students,society and so on.It is necessary to grasp the three basic links of“quality input-quality generation-quality evaluation”.In order to achieve the goal of high-quality development of graduate education,it is necessary for each link to cooperate with each other.To promote pluralistic co-governance,we need to formulate rules and regulations to standardize the whole process of co-governance,update the thinking of the main body to ensure the commitment of responsibility and power,and build a communication platform to coordinate the demands of the main body.Finally,the goal of high-quality development of graduate education can be achieved through multiple measures.
