摘要
全球化发展要求人才具备跨文化适切交际的语用能力。教育部颁布的《中国英语能力等级量表》对语用能力进行了概念界定、能力框架分解与分级能力水平描述,其中《语用能力自我评价量表》为我国英语教学和测评提供了统一标准。鉴于中国量表中缺少主客观相结合的语用能力等级评价模型及量化的测量工具,本研究基于该量表中语用能力描述框架确定了评价维度和测评形式,依据“面向行动”的教学法理念和量表中交际任务描述语编制了语用能力测量工具和评价标准,首次采用数学建模法,结合德尔菲法,对大学英语语用能力评价模型进行了理论建构,利用SPSS23量化分析软件对该理论模型试测数据进行统计分析和实践论证,旨在通过建构主客观结合的大学英语语用能力评价模型,实现全面、客观、科学地评价学习者的英语语用能力等级,从理论和实践层面指导教师实施语用能力教学与测评,实现培养交际能力的课程目标,进而提升我国人才的外语素养。
The development of globalization requires talents to have the pragmatic competence of cross-cultural communication.“China's Standards of English”(CSE)issued by the Ministry of Education defines the concept and framework of pragmatic competence and describes graded competence.Among them,the Self-assessment of Pragmatic Competence provides a unified standard for English teaching and assessment in China.In view of the lack of a pragmatic competence rating model and quantitative measurement tools in CSE,this study aims to establish the evaluation dimensions and forms based on the descriptive framework of CSE,and developed a pragmatic competence measurement tool and evaluation standard based on the concept of“action oriented”teaching method and the communicative task description in the self-assessment standards.For the first time,mathematical modeling,as well as Delphi method,is used to construct the assessment model of College English pragmatic competence.Finally,the statistical analysis and practical demonstration of the test data of the theoretical model are carried out by using SPSS23 quantitative analysis software.The purpose of this paper is to construct a comprehensive,objective and scientific assessment model of College English pragmatic competence,to guide English teaching and assessment from the theoretical and practical levels and to achieve the curriculum goal of cultivating communicative competence,so as to improve the foreign language literacy of Chinese talents.
