类型教育背景下高职青年教师职业能力提升的内生变量探索 被引量:5

摘要 类型教育背景下,现代职业教育对青年教师能力提出了新的要求和挑战。而主体意识的部分缺失、产业革命造成的冲击、跨界融合带来的挑战,以及如何有机融入人工智能新技术带来的困扰,成为阻碍青年教师职业能力发展的主要因素。从内生变量角度出发,有机融合专业教育与思政教育,强化价值引领;跨界融合职业教育与产业发展,提升专业技能;深度融合人工智能技术,创新教育教学理念与方法是提升高职青年教师职业能力的三个路径。 In the background of type education,modern vocational education puts forward new requirements and challenges to the ability of young teachers.The main factors that hinder the development of young teachers'professional ability are the partial lack of subject consciousness,the impact of industrial revolution,the challenge of cross-border integration and how to integrate the new technology of artificial intelligence organically.From the perspective of endogenous variables,we should organically integrate professional education and ideological and political education to strengthen value guidance;Cross border integration of vocational education and industrial development to improve professional skills;Deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and innovation of education and teaching ideas and methods are three ways to improve the professional ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges。
