摘要
在用频设备内部大量存在着连接各子系统及外部系统的线缆。在外部电磁干扰环境中,其电磁能量可能穿透设备壳体耦合到设备内部,从而在设备内部的连接线缆上产生耦合电压致使设备工作性能受损。针对这一问题,文中结合时域有限差分法仿真计算,对机箱外壳及内部环境简要建模后,在箱体中设置单线、双绞线以及同轴线,并在机箱外部设置强电磁脉冲以研究机箱在强辐射干扰下线缆的耦合特性。结果表明,双绞线的耦合电压相对较大,单线次之,两者峰值较为接近。同轴线由于存在屏蔽层,其耦合电压远小于双绞线和单线。
There are a large number of cables connecting each subsystem and external system inside the frequency-using equipment.In external electromagnetic interference environment,the electromagnetic energy may penetrate through the device casing and be coupled into the device,thereby generating a coupling voltage on the connection cable inside the device and impairing the device performance.In view of this problem,the finite difference time-domain method is used to simulate the housing and internal environment of the chassis.After briefly modeling,the single line,twisted pair line and coaxial line are set up in the cabinet,and the strong electromagnetic pulse is set up outside the cabinet to study the coupling characteristics of the cables under strong radiation interference.The results showed that the coupling voltage of twisted pair is relatively large,followed by single line,and the peak value of both is relatively close.Because of the shield layer,the coupling voltage of coaxial line is much smaller than that of twisted pair and single line.
