摘要
对聚丙烯材料进行热氧老化,采用动态热机械分析法测试其机械性能变化,采用拉力机测试其力学性能变化,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪测试其表面基团的变化,采用超景深三维数码显微镜观察其表面形貌的变化。结果表明:随着热氧老化时间的延长,聚丙烯的链段受到破坏,力学性能显著下降,机械性能下降,材料表面形貌会出现较大的缺陷;聚丙烯的热氧老化分为诱导和加速老化两个阶段。
After thermo-oxidative aging of polypropylene material,its mechanical property change is tested by dynamic thermal mechanical analytical method;physical performance change is tested by tensile machine;surface perssad change is tested by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer;surface appearance change is observed by 3D digital microscope of super depth of field.Results show:as the thermo-oxidative aging time extends,the chain segment of polypropylene is damaged,its physical performance degrades significantly,mechanical property reduces,and some defects appear on the material surface;the thermo-oxidative aging of polypropylene is divided into inducing and accelerating aging phases.
