摘要
通过一种试验模型分别测试不同基层含水率、节点部位、施工厚度及工艺做法时,聚合物水泥防水涂膜的开裂情况,并通过量化裂缝长度来判断影响程度。结果表明,上述因素对聚合物水泥防水涂料的开裂有不同程度的影响,通过降低一遍涂刷厚度或在阴角部位做圆角处理可以有效降低聚合物水泥防水涂料的开裂风险。
A kind of testing model is adopted to test the cracking situation of polymer cement waterproofing coating film under the conditions of different moisture content of substrate,construction locations,brush thickness and construction methods.The paper conducts a quantitative study on anti-cracking performance of polymer cement waterproofing coating by measuring the length of the cracks.Results show:all the above factors have different degrees of influence on the cracking of polymer cement waterproofing coating.Reducing once brush thickness of coating and filleting the internal corners can effectively reduce the cracking risk of polymer cement waterproofing coating.
