蚌埠体育中心项目以中国传统文化中的龙作为设计理念,其屋面采用复合金属屋面系统,最外层为装饰铝板,以矩形和菱形为主,呈鳞片状,而龙鳞板的设计也成了该项目的一个亮点。如何保证屋面系统中装饰板构造体系的受力稳定和结构安全是其中的重点和难点;且本屋面为双曲造型,如何保证实现复杂造型的同时确保屋面系统的防水效果,也是本项目业主和施工方最为关注的问题。本文从体育场的复合金属屋面系统的设计、加工制造、重难点及施工方案等方面对该项目做了介绍。

Bengbu stadium takes dragon from Chinese traditional culture as the design concept,and its roof adopts composite metal roof system.The outermost layer is decorative aluminum panel mainly in the shapes of rectangular and rhombus and takes on scaly form,which is a highlight of this project.How to guarantee the stress stability and structural safety of the roof system's decorative panel structure are the key and difficult points.Moreover,this roof is double curved,and how to ensure its waterproofing effect while its complex shape can be achieved are the most concerned issues for the client and construction party.This article introduces the composite metal roof system of the stadium from the aspects of design,fabrication,key and difficult points and construction plan etc.
