摘要
为了有效改善沥青路面防水抗裂层的路用性能,对0、3.5%、4.0%和4.5%等4种不同玄武岩纤维掺量下的沥青混合料进行了高温车辙、低温抗裂、水稳定性、渗水以及粘结强度试验。结果表明:沥青路面防水抗裂层各矿料的最佳级配比为(2.36~4.75)集料∶(0~2.36)集料∶矿粉=31.5∶67.5∶1.0;适量掺入玄武岩纤维能够有效改善防水抗裂层的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性,同时不影响其防渗和粘结性能;综合各项指标,认为沥青路面防水抗裂层的纤维掺量取值宜为3.5%~4.0%。
For the effective improvement of road performance of waterproofing and crack-resistant layer of bituminous pavement,high temperature rutting,low temperature crack resistance,water stability,water seepage and bonding strength are tested for bituminous mixture with 4 different basalt fiber dosage:0,3.5%,4.0%,4.5%.Results show that the optimal ratio of various minerals for waterproofing and crack-resistant layer of bituminous pavement is:(2.36~4.75)aggregate∶(0~2.36)aggregate∶mineral powder=31.5∶67.5∶1.0;a proper amount of basalt fiber can effectively improve the high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of waterproofing and crack-resistant layer,while its seepage-proof and bonding strength are not affected;based on the comprehensive indicators,the optimal fiber dosage for waterproofing and crack-resistant layer of bituminous pavement is 3.5%~4.0%.
