泪道探通术联合典必殊眼膏治疗泪道阻塞的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Lacrimal Passage Sounding Combined with TobraDex Eye Ointment Treatment on Obstruction of Lacrimal Passage

探讨泪道探通术联合典必殊药膏治疗泪道阻塞的应用效果以及有效率。选取2018年6月2019年10月在康乐县人民医院住院的66例泪道阻塞患者作为观察对象,分为对照组与观察组,每组均33例。对照组采用泪道探通术,观察组在此基础上联合典必殊眼膏治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用泪道探通术联合典必殊眼膏治疗泪道阻塞的疗效较为理想,对不良反应控制良好。

The research explores the application effect and effective rate of lacrimal passage sounding combined with tobradex eye ointment treatment on obstruction of lacrimal passage,and selects 66 patients with obstruction of lacrimal passage in the hospital from Jun.2018 to Oct.2019 as the observation objects.They are divided control group and observation group,with 33 patients in each group.Control group receive lacrimal passage sounding,and observation group receive TobraDex eye ointment treatment based on the control group.Clinical effects of two groups are compared.The total treatment effective rate of observation group is significantly higher than control group,and adverse reaction rate is significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Lacrimal passage sounding combined with TobraDex eye ointment treatment on obstruction of lacrimal passage has relatively idea curative effect,and has good control on adverse reaction.
