明胶海绵预防CVC穿刺点渗血的效果评价

Effectiveness Evaluation of Gelatin Sponge Prevention in Blood Exudation of CVC Puncture Point

为研究明胶海绵用于患者CVC穿刺点渗血情况及留置时间的效果,选取2019年1月2020年2月收入我院的中重度血小板低下的110例患者为研究对象,随机分成实验组与对照组。实验组在外周静脉留置针进行穿刺时用1×1 cm明胶海绵压迫,使用透明敷料进行稳固,对照组按常规的方法进行固定。发现实验组的导管留置时间比对照组的留置时间久,实验组的穿刺点渗血情况优于对照组穿刺点渗血情况(P<0.05),有统计学意义。说明中度至重度血小板减少症患者使用明胶海绵的留置导管,能够降低穿刺部位周围的血液渗漏,延长留置导管时间,节省患者的经济成本,提高患者满意度。

In order to research the effectiveness of gelatin sponge prevention in blood exudation of CVC puncture point and the indwelling time,the research selects 110 patients with moderate-severe thrombocytopenia in the hospital from Jan.2019 to Feb.2020 as the research objects.They are randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group receive 1×1 cm gelatin sponge pressure when punctured under peripheral indwelling needle in vein,and transparent dressing to make fixation.And control group receive routine method to make fixation.It is found that the conduit dwelling time of experimental group is longer than control group,and the exudation of CVC puncture point situation in experimental group is better than control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.This indicates that the usage of gelatin sponge indwelling conduit of patients with moderate-severe thrombocytopenia can reduce the puncture site peripheral blood exudation,prolong indwelling conduit time,save patient economic cost,and improve patient satisfaction.
