参芪益心汤联合倍他乐克治疗心力衰竭的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Shen Qi Yixin Soup Combined with Metoprolol Treatment on Cardiac Failure

探讨参芪益心汤联合倍他乐克治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。选取68例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用倍他乐克治疗,观察组采用参芪益心汤联合倍他乐克治疗,评估两组的临床治疗效果,比较两组治疗后心功能指标变化以及六分钟步行试验后的心衰程度。治疗后,观察组的LVEF、FS、E/A均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),BNP显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的轻度心衰比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中度心衰以及重度心衰比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用参芪益心汤联合倍他乐克治疗心力衰竭能够改善患者心功能的相关指标,提高治疗效果,降低患者的心衰程度,且安全高效。

The research explores the clinical effect of Shen Qi Yixin Soup combined with metoprolol treatment on cardiac failure,and selects 68 patients with cardiac failure as the research objects.They are randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 patients in each group.The control group receive Metoprolol treatment,and observation group receive Shen Qi Yixin Soup combined with Metoprolol treatment.The clinical treatment effects of two groups are evaluated,and the change of cardiac function after treatment and congestive heart failure after 6-minitute-walk after test are compared.After treatment,LVEF,FS and E/A of observation group are significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),BNP is significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),light congestive heart failure ratio of observation group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and middle and severe congestive heart failure are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Shen Qi Yixin soup combined with Metoprolol treatment on cardiac failure can improve the related index of patient cardiac function,improve treatment effect,and reduce the patient cardiac failure degree.It is safe and efficient.
