磁共振成像(MRI)与X线计算机成像技术(CT)对老年多发性脑梗死(MCI)的诊断价值分析 被引量:11

摘要 探究将磁共振成像(MRI)与X线计算机成像技术(CT)应用于老年多发性脑梗死患者临床诊断的效果。选取2019年111月在广河县人民医院住院的46例大面积脑梗死患者为研究对象,对比所有患者的脑梗塞手术病理检查结果。患者手术前均接受了X线计算机成像技术、磁共振成像检查,对比螺旋CT的诊断准确率和诊断效果。本次研究结果显示,X线计算机成像技术检查结果中,有6例为大脑前动脉狭窄,6例为大脑前动脉闭塞,8例为颈内动脉末端闭塞,8例为大脑中动脉闭塞,7例为大脑中动脉狭窄,确诊率达76.09%。MRI诊断检验结果与手术病理检查结果完全一致,两种检查结果未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。在对老年多发性脑梗死患者进行诊断时,应用MRI诊断方案能够获得较好的诊断价值,能明确患者具体的梗塞部位和状况,能够对患者的后续治疗提供有效的影像学依据。 The research explores the effect of clinical diagnosis of MRI and CT on senile MCI.46 patients with massive cerebral infarction in People’s Hospital of Guanghe County from Jan.to Nov.2019 are selected as the research objects.Pathological examination results of cerebral infarction operation are compared.Patients receive CT and MRI before operation.The diagnosis accuracy rate and diagnosis effect of SCT are compared.The research results show that,in CT results,there are 6 patients with anterior cerebral artery,6 patients with anterior cerebral artery,8 patients internal arteria carotis interna blocking,8 patients with middle cerebral artery blocking,and 7 patients with middle cerebral arteriostenosis.The definite diagnosis rate reaches 76.09%.The results of MRI diagnosis examination and operation pathological examination are the same.There is no statistically significant difference in two examination results(P>0.05).In diagnosis of elderly patients with MCI,application of MRI diagnosis scheme has good diagnosis value.It can definite the patient’s specific block position and situation,and provide effective imaging basis for the patient’s follow-up treatment.
