科研院所科技成果转化问题与建议分析

Analysis of the Issue of Commercialization of Research Findings in Scientific Research Institutions and the Suggestions

为提升科技成果转化率,指出了其中存在的问题,即科研院所自身的管理体制相对落后,不能满足科技创新与科技成果转化的现实需求,科研人员对科技成果的转化及社会效益关注不够,管理队伍建设不完善,科技成果转化途径受限,缺乏科技成果转化平台。提出了提升科技成果转化率的建议:应改善科研院所内部条件,完善科研院所管理体系、管理制度和科研队伍,同时从政策层面引导科研院所重视科研成果的转化,营造良好的科技成果经营与交易环境。

In order to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,the research points out the problems,i.e.the management system of scientific research institutions is backward,reality demand of commercialization of research findings can’t be satisfied,researchers do not pay enough attention to the commercialization of research findings and social benefit,management team construction is imperfect,the pathway of commercialization of research findings is limit,and there is lack of commercialization platform.The research proposes the suggestions for the promotion of commercialization rate of research findings,i.e.to improve the internal condition for scientific research institutions,to perfect management system and scientific research of scientific research institutions,to guide scientific research institutions to focus on the commercialization of research finds from policy level,and to create good management of scientific and technological achievements and transaction environment.
