In order to promote the quality level of the power supply,satisfy the user’s demand,and strengthen the economic benefit and social benefit of power enterprise,the research points out the problems of power supply service,i.e.the problems of power supply quality,and rush malfunction service and power cut and transmission.Effective strategies of improving power supply service level are provided,i.e.improving the comprehensive quality of working staff,constructing a more perfect service system,strengthening rush malfunction service ability,and doing well in complaint work of electricity customers.
