摘要
阐述面对新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)肺炎疫情中住院部药房的职能与部署,通过建立有效的药学指挥系统、科学合理调配药学人力资源、强化药师岗前培训、制定可操作性制度和流程,对药学人员进行科学的心理疏导,保证医院药学工作的高效运行。
The research explores the inpatient department pharmacy function and deploy during COVID-19 epidemic.Through establishing effective pharmacy command system,scientifically and reasonably deploy pharmacy human resource,strengthening pharmacist pre-job training,and formulating operative system and process,we should do scientific psychological counseling for pharmacy personnel to guarantee the efficient operation of hospital pharmacy work.
