牡丹籽饼对济宁青山羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究牡丹籽饼对济宁青山羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清抗氧化性能的影响。将32只体重相近的处于生长期的济宁青山羊随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组8只。对照组山羊饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加4%、8%、12%的牡丹籽饼代替部分豆粕。试验期45 d。结果显示:试验Ⅱ组山羊平均净增重、平均日增重和料重比与对照组相比变化显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组的干物质、酸性及中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组超氧化物歧化酶活性、总抗氧化能力及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组的超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在青山羊饲粮中添加牡丹籽饼能显著改善青山羊的生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和抗氧化能力。试验条件下,牡丹籽饼在济宁青山羊饲粮中添加量以8%为宜。 The study was to study the effect of peony seed cake of Jining gray goats growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and antioxidant ability. Thirty-two Jining gray goats with equal body weight were divided into control group and test groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ, with eight goats in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the diets of test groups were respectively supplemented with 4%, 8% and 12% peony seed cake to replace part of soybean meal in the basic diet. The test period lasted for 45 d. The test results showed that compared with the control group, the average net weight gain, average daily weight gain and feed-weight ratio in the test group Ⅱ changed significantly(P<0.05). The average daily weight gain in test group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the test Ⅱ group had significantly higher digestibility of dry matter, acidity and neutral detergent fiber than that of control group(P<0.05). The test group I had significantly higher neutral detergent fiber apparent digestibility than that of control group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, superoxide dismutase, total antioxidant ability and glutathione peroxidase activity of test Ⅱ group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The activity of superoxide dismutase and the total antioxidant ability of test group I were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). The study indicated that feeding gray goats with peony seed cake instead of part of soybean meal can significantly improve the growth performance, apparent digestibility of nutrients and antioxidant ability of gray goats.Under the test condition, the appropriate amount of peony seed cake adding to diet of Jining gray goats was 8%.
