复方中草药制剂对土鸡免疫功能和新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响 被引量:9

Effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on immune function and immune effect of Newcastle disease vaccine in native chicken

摘要 试验探讨复方中草药制剂对土鸡免疫功能和新城疫疫苗免疫效果的影响。120只土鸡随机分成4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组依次在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%复方中草药制剂。结果显示,与对照组相比,低剂量组白细胞介素2 (IL-2)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量、新城疫抗体效价均显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,中剂量组、高剂量组的胸腺指数、脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、IL-2、白细胞介素6 (IL-6)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、IgG、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量、新城疫抗体效价均显著升高(P<0.05)。中剂量组与高剂量组各检测指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,土鸡基础饲粮中添加不同剂量的复方中草药制剂均能够改善土鸡的免疫功能和新城疫疫苗免疫效果,建议临床应用中选择添加剂量为1.0%。 The study was to explore the influence of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the immune function of native chicken and the immune effect of Newcastle disease vaccine. 120 native chickens were randomly divided into four treatment groups. Chickens in control group was fed with basic diet. Chickens in low dose group, medium dose group,high dose group were added with 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0% compound Chinese herbal medicine in the basic diet. The results showed that compared with control group, the content of IL-2, IgG and the titer of Newcastle disease antibody of low dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the thymus index, spleen index, bursa index,content of IL-2, IL-6, IFN-γ, IgG, IgA and Newcastle disease antibody titer of medium dose group and high dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the middle dose group and the high dose group(P>0.05). The immune function and the immune effect of Newcastle disease vaccine could be improved by adding different doses of compound Chinese herbal medicine in the basic diet of native chicken, and the amount of additive should be 1.0% in clinical application.
