沸石粉/植酸酶复合物的制备及其催化水解植酸磷活性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究沸石粉/植酸酶复合物的制备过程,分析其催化水解磷酸活性,试验选取沸石粉与饲用植酸酶为材料,以X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)表征,用冷冻干燥法以振荡吸附试验制备沸石粉/植酸酶复合物,测定温度、胃蛋白酶水解、pH值适应性及金属阳离子对复合物稳定性的影响。结果显示:植酸酶可以成功吸附在沸石粉表面;其温度耐受性相对酶活提高23.11%,蛋白酶水解耐受性相对酶活提高43.18%,适宜的pH值为5。沸石粉/植酸酶复合物作为饲料添加剂可以有效减少植酸酶的添加量,提高植酸酶利用率。 In order to study the preparation process of zeolite powder/phytase complex, the catalytic hydrolysis of phosphoric acid activity was analyzed. The zeolite powder and phytase were selected as materials and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The zeolite powder/phytase composite was prepared by freeze-drying method and oscillating adsorption test. The effect of temperature, pepsin hydrolysis, pH value adaptability and metal cations on stability of complex were determined. The results showed that phytase could be successfully adsorbed on the surface of zeolite powder. Its temperature tolerance was 23.11% higher than enzyme activity, protease hydrolysis tolerance increased by 43.18%, and appropriate pH value was 5. The use of zeolite powder/phytase complex as feed additive could effectively reduce the addition of phytase, improve utilization rate of phytase.
