纤维用ATO@TiO_(2)导电晶须的制备及其性能研究

摘要 ATO(锑掺杂氧化锡)是一种具有高导电性、颜色浅、耐热性好等优点的透明导电氧化物(TCO),包覆TiO_(2)后可以作为导电填料共混纺丝制成导电纤维,在纺织行业应用前景广阔。以乙酰丙酮为螯合剂,氯化锡锑为原料,在TiO_(2)晶须表面包覆ATO,制备了浅蓝色的ATO@TiO_(2)导电晶须,该方法条件温和,成本低廉,避免了大量酸碱的消耗,具有大规模生产应用的潜力。文章探讨了包覆比、掺杂比、煅烧温度、乙酰丙酮与金属氯化物摩尔比对ATO@TiO_(2)导电晶须导电性能的影响。结果表明,包覆比为45%、掺杂比为9%、乙酰丙酮与金属氯化物摩尔比为6、煅烧温度为500℃时,导电晶须的表面电阻率优化值为6.32 kΩ·cm。 ATO(antimony doped tin oxide)is a kind of transparent conductive oxide(TCO)with high electrical conductivity,light color and good thermal stability,etc.After being coated with TiO_(2),it can be used as conductive filler and made into conductive fiber by blended spinning.It is a kind of material with high conductivity and wide application in textile industry.Light blue conductive ATO@TiO_(2) whiskers were prepared by using acetylacetone as chelating agent,antimony tin chloride as raw material and coating TiO_(2) whiskers with ATO.This method has the advantages of mild conditions,low cost,and less consumption of acid-base than coprecipitation method.It has the potential of mass production and application.The effects of coating ratio,doping ratio,calcination temperature and molar ratio of acetylacetone to metal chloride on whisker conductivity were investigated by single factor test.The results show that the optimal value of the surface resistivity of conductive whiskers was 6.32 kΩ·cm at the synthesization condition of a coated ratio of 45%,a doping ratio of 9%,a molar ratio of acetylacetone to metal chloride of 6,and a calcination temperature of 500℃.
