沙漠砂混凝土抗压强度及抗冻性能影响试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在控制水胶比0.34不变的前提下,取不同掺量的粉煤灰和沙漠砂配制出沙漠砂混凝土进行了28 d抗压强度试验和冻融循环试验,探究了粉煤灰掺量和沙漠砂替代率分别对沙漠砂混凝土抗压强度与抗冻性能变化的影响规律。试验结果表明:控制粉煤灰掺量恒定时,沙漠砂混凝土28 d抗压强度和动弹模量均随着沙漠砂替代率不断增加呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势;当沙漠砂替代率(质量分数)为20%时,28 d抗压强度和动弹模量同时趋于峰值。控制沙漠砂替代率恒定时,沙漠砂混凝土28 d抗压强度和动弹模量均随着粉煤灰掺量不断增多呈现先上升后下降趋势;当粉煤灰掺量(质量分数)为10%时,28 d抗压强度和动弹模量同时趋于峰值。研究显示沙漠砂替代率(质量分数)和粉煤灰掺量(质量分数)最佳值分别为20%和10%,研究成果为沙漠砂混凝土在建设工程中的运用与推广提供了参考。 Controlling the water-binder ratio of 0.34 unchanged,this study chooses different dosage of fly ash and the desert sand replacement rate for the preparation of desert sand 28 d compressive strength and frost resistance performance test.The effects of fly ash content and desert sand replacement rate on compressive strength and frost resistance of desert sand concrete were investigated.The test results show that the compressive strength and dynamic modulus of desert sand concrete both increase first and then decrease with the increase of desert sand replacement rate.When desert sand replacement rate is 20%,28 d compressive strength and dynamic modulus reach the peak.When the replacement rate of desert sand remained is stable,the compressive strength and dynamic modulus of desert sand concrete both increased and decreased with the increase of fly ash content.When the fly ash content is 10%,both of the 28 d compressive strength and dynamic modulus reach the maximum value.The optimum desert sand replacement rate and fly ash content are respectively 20%and 10%after test,which provided a reference for the application and promotion of desert sand concrete in construction projects.
