物理方法在骨髓间充质干细胞生物学特性中的研究进展

摘要 骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)是一类起源于中胚层的成体干细胞,具有自我更新和分化能力,在组织损伤修复和再生中起关键作用。BMSCs的生物学作用受多种因素的影响,文章综述力学、电磁场、温度、激光、超声等物理因素在BMSCs生物学特性中的研究进展,以期探讨不同物理因素的临床应用价值。 Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are a class of adult stem cells derived from mesoderm.It has the capacity for self-renewal and differentiation and plays a key role in the repair and regeneration of injured tissue.However,the biological effects of BMSCs are affected by many factors.In order to explore the clinical application value of different physical factors,this study reviewed the progress of the mechanics,electromagnetic field,temperature,laser,ultrasound and other physical factors in the biological properties of BMSCs.
